Company Overview:
Hartford Business Partners is headquartered in Farmington, Connecticut with regional offices in Dallas, Texas and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. HBP was founded in 1988 and now has hundreds of satisfied clients. We are Merger & Acquisition specialists.
Hartford Business Partners provides unbiased in-depth knowledge and expert guidance in an extensive range of merger & acquisition services for middle-market companies planning to sell a company, buy a company, purchase a new product line, or in need of financing to organically grow the business.
An important component that cannot be overlooked is the HBP ability to get the deal done. We know the in and outs of each phase of the selling, buying and financing process. That’s the difference between having a successful outcome and not completing the deal.

We say almost “tongue in cheek” that the easy part is selling the company or purchasing a company. We earn our money during due diligence, financing, document preparation and assisting in the development of the transition.
Selling middle market companies is always a challenge. You need to maximize the selling price, ensure that share holder value is maximized and at all times maintain confidentiality of the deal.
If you’re seeking to secure financing for acquisitions, give us the responsibility of securing the financing so you and your managers can continue to run your company while we get the deal done.
As a rule of thumb, it usually takes 6-12 months to sell or acquire a company.
